Remote (West Coast Preferred)
We'd looking for a marketing leader who is excited about fueling growth and awareness of our brand with excellent messaging and sharp go-to-market strategy. Working across all audiences and — from consumer to enterprise — you will craft stories that highlight the unique value provided by ChannelMeter to creators looking to that their passion and turn it into a career. You'll lead cross-functional launches, develop and optimize cross-channel go-to-market strategy, enable sales and sign ups, build feedback loops that inform product and brand direction, and measure and iterate to grow acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Develop core messaging that emphasizes ChannelMeter and Creator Cash's unique value in a rapidly evolving space
- Understand and advocate for our customers in the development of marketing, sales, and product directions. Represent their voices and interests.
- Plan and execute product and feature launches across channels and geographies
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and succes teams to align around a shared go-to-market strategy with success metrics and plans to test and iterate
- Drive our funnel, creatively strategizing how to motivate users to realize more value in the product, and help us capture more value from their use of the product
- Build out the team you need to develop our business where it needs more focus and investment
- Mentor our existing team and talent to most effectively tell the stories that will make the biggest impact for the company and users
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within early stage startups
- Proven experience driving successful go-to-market launches and product/feature adoption
- Experience driving lifecycle marketing and user education initiatives that have yielded substantial growth
- Data-driven mindset with a clear sense of how to set goals and measure success
- Cross-functional leadership experience, with the passion for leading creative and analytical teams toward shared objectives, but without direct authority
- A commitment to being an excellent and empathetic manager with focus on team development
